Our work is done through funding community projects, refugee programs, mentoring, healing retreats, educational workshops, one-to-one coaching, recruiting creatives with international community projects and organizations, project liaison support, courses, film, photojournalism, as well as community trauma, restorative, and empowerment opportunities.

Rachel Francis
Rachel Francis is a life coach who helps guide community leaders to discover their gifts and connect to their compassionate purpose. Rachel started her coaching business in 2021 to help others to create meaning and to build a life of love integrity.
Rachel grew up in Texas and prior to her role as a coach spent over fifteen years living in London, England working on various creative projects with a background in film, photography, fashion makeup, and creative writing. She currently serves as a mentor, volunteer, and advocate for various community organizations supporting issues such as hunger, homelessness, refugee and asylum seekers, sex trafficking, and animal welfare. A world traveler, she loves learning, meeting new people, and celebrating other cultures.
Rachel offers a range of methods for self-actualization such as shadow work, meditations, workshops collaborations with other teachers in the field, and spiritual retreats to help cultivate a balanced mind and body in order to gain joy, peace, and clarity.
